Google 10-Year Good Time Special Exhibition
It has been 10 years since Google was founded in Taiwan! Along the way, we have seen how Taiwanese users love Google products; the emerging groups such as YouTube video creators and Google Play developers were born; the new industry chains and business models have been created by Taiwan industry through the Android and Chrome platforms; and there have been a variety of innovations and experiences that we could not imagine 10 years ago.
At this important moment, Google Taiwan organized the special exhibition for "Google 10-Year Good Time ", inviting Taiwanese to celebrate together and witnessing great achievements in the past. Also, Google hoped that Taiwanese would look forward to the future with them and move on to the next blueprint for dreams!
"Google 10-Year Good Time Special Exhibition" had diverse themes and fun interactions; the participants were highly satisfied and had a good time together in the exhibition.
With professional capabilities to stage the exhibition, e21MM dedicated the "Google 10-Year Good Time" to every guest who loved Google. Right after entering the exhibition hall, guests recalled the important milestones of Google Taiwan over the past ten years with films and photos based on a timeline. Google had always been committed to using technology to care about Taiwan society. Through this exhibition, we systematically shared these achievements with the exhibition participants. And before entering the display area of Google products, we also introduced the largest data center set up by Google in Asia to the exhibition guests. In addition, Google has built the Taiwan extension section of the FASTER fiber optic submarine cable, which not only the data efficiency of Google data center can be improved, but also Taiwan is expected to become a major international telecommunications hub.
Google products including Google search, Google Map, YouTube, Android, Google Play, and Chrome have been in our lives for 10 years or even earlier time. Google has grown with us or perhaps we can even say Google has led our lives. Therefore, we not only presented the historical developments in the exhibition area, but also demonstrated the universal application experience, as well as novel technologies.
At the end of the exhibition, we invited everyone to join us to experience the future technology and outlook of Google. Through the bold imagination of the future, we will combine technology and internet applications in more fields to benefit people around the world. Examples of such technology and internet applications include the Google Tango displayed on site, the popular Virtual Reality (VR) experience, AlphaGo with a 4-1 victory over South Korea's Go (weichi) genius Lee Sedol, Google Photo Album using the photo content recognition technology, machine learning applications such as instant camera translation, Duo, the 2016 Google’s latest high-quality cross-platform video software, and Allo, the smart communication assistant.
There were more than 30 mobile phones, 15 tablets and 55 screens for showcasing the combination of Google technology and life, which allowed the exhibition participants to experience all aspects of daily digital life. The use of different projection technologies allowed the public to experience their scene and a feast of technology and vision. The fun interaction with a lot of small details makes the scene full of joy. More than 90% of public satisfaction had been a perfect ending to the exhibition guest and "Google 10-Year Good Time". Let’s look forward to the next better decade.
