Client: Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum 2006 (DELF 2006)
As the annual international platform for the digital entertainment industry in Hong Kong and a part of Entertainment Expo Hong Kong, DELF 2006 was co-organized by Hong Kong Cyberport Management Co. Ltd., China Game Publishers Association (Hong Kong), Hong Kong Comics and Animation Federation Ltd., Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Industry Support Centre and The School of Design of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The Government of the HKSAR was the key sponsor.

Appointed as the event manager, e21 managed the 1-day forum that featured keynote speeches, panel discussions and a networking lunch dedicated to industry professionals in global digital content and digital entertainment. Distinguished speakers from industry leading enterprises such as Pixar,OgilvyOne Worldwide, Sony Pictures and NetEase addressed the audience on the next wave in digital entertainment.




Client: FedEx
Our client wanted to increase FedEx visibility in the Asia Pacific, and selected the Asia Pacific IT Solutions Expo 2004(APIE) trade show event, held in Hong Kong, to promote its express services to the region. Our e21 Hong Kong marketing agency office designed a 50 sq. meter booth locally to accommodate a mix of exhibit floor elements such as running videos, technology demos, a small meeting area, plus themed activities such as a putting game to draw visitors to the booth. e21 also wrote and designed all the necessary messaging and supporting graphics for this booth consistent with the client's branding guidelines.




Client: HKPCA & IPC Show
HKPCA & IPC Show is a 3-day exhibition and paid conference. The target audience for this show is PCB industry & Electronic Assembly companies. For the years 2003-2006, e21 has been appointed as Show Event Manager with the responsibility of tradeshow planning and supervision of all exhibition and conference logistics on behalf of the organizers of HKPCA & IPC. The show is held in Dongguan and Guangzhou, China. The e21 team also manages all pre-event and onsite logistics including exhibitor communications, site operations, visitor promotion plans, and coordination with the event’s official contractor and forwarder. e21’s total conference management capability is put to good test at these important events. So far, the show has successfully attracted 15,000 international and local visitors.




Client: InfoCommAsia China Road Show
InfoComm is the world ’s leading event for the audiovisual industry , and InfoCommAsia events bring together global solutions and world class technology, provide access to Asia’s diverse and thriving markets, and deliver expert knowledge to industry practitioners and manufacturers. e21 was awarded the event management for InfoCommAsia China in 2007. The 2008 InfoCommAsia China span ned three cities within a week’s time: Dalian, Chengdu, and Guangzhou. There were a total 10 exhibit ors and 746 visitors for the show . The show helped exhibitors tap into the emerging China markets such as Dalian and Chengdu. AV manufacturers and vendors that participated in the s how were deeply encouraged by the strong interest s from visitors . InfoCommAsiaChina provided fresh marketing opportunities for the global AV industry .




Client: MEDTEC Shanghai 2006
The first successful MEDTEC Shanghai event was co-organized by Canon Communications LLC, the China Association for Medical Devices Industry (CAMDI), Shanghai CCPIT Expo. Ltd. The show is recognized as a highly specialized event dedicated to the medical device design and manufacturing industry in China and was held on 21-23 June at INTEX SHANGHAI.

A total of 150 exhibitors participated in the fair that occupied 8,000 sqm. The 3-day fair drew more than 6,000 professional buyers and delegates to visit the exhibition at this international conference.

MEDTEC marked its debut in China in Shenzhen last year. Following its successful launch, it moved to Shanghai this year since 65% of Chinese medical device manufacturers are concentrate in Eastern China. Next year, the show will be staged again in Shanghai on 28-30 August at INTEX.

e21 has been appointed as the event manager of the China series of MEDTEC since 2005 and this year e21 was awarded another 3-year exclusive event management contract throughout 2007 to 2009.

Being the event manager of MEDTEC, e21 helps Canon in all-round strategic planning, market positioning and show management consultation. e21 also provide a full-range of specialized marketing, public relations services and operational support to ensure successful launch of MEDTEC in PR China.




Client: The 9th Info-Security Conference 2008
Organized by e21 and supported by 21 IT organizations, the 9th Info-Security Conference 2008 has achieved phenomenal success in attracting over 600 knowledgeable IT, Banking, and Finance practitioners. This annual flagship event consisted of an executive panel discussion, keynote speeches, two breakout presentation tracks, a security booklet, and a security showcase. The Conference featured sixteen elite speakers from government, leading banking organizations, and IT enterprises who shared their insights on the latest cyber-security metrics.

The conference was the nucleus of the 21st Info-Security Project, a large-scale educational project promoting information and network security concerns in Hong Kong. It was fully supported and facilitated by Hon. Sin Chung Kai, JP, Legislative Councilor (IT), and Ir. Jolly Wong, Vice Chairman, Institution of Engineering and Technology, Hong Kong Branch, since its debut in 2001.

As an annual flagship IT event, e21 initiated and supervised the overall project management including speakers and delegate recruitment, sponsorship, PR and promotion, R.S.V.P., onsite management, and decorations. This is the third year for e21 to manage this conference.




Client: The Opening Ceremony of the 2008 China Shunde International Exposition for Household Electrical Appliance
e21 Guangzhou office demonstrated its event management expertise in organizing a highly-successful Opening Ceremony for the 2008 China Shunde International Exposition for Household Electrical Appliance in Shunde, China. Understanding the fact that the client wanted to bring a new image which differentiated the fair from other trade shows, we adopted elegant and western-style decoration in the Opening Ceremony to create a modern and comfortable ambience to facilitate interactive communications between the client and its 300 guests. The impressive Opening Ceremony also strengthened the image of Shunde as the manufacturing capital of household electrical appliances in China.
