Client: Inapac Technology

Inapac has established itself as the leading provider of memory devices for System in Package (SiP) configurations. With innovative, proprietary product designs, Inapac provides DRAM technology that delivers high power, performance, and speed, together with price advantages over competitive products. Due to our extensive hi-tech PR agency experience, particularly within the semiconductor industry, e21 was given the public relations task of positioning Inapac at the forefront of the broader IP, SiP, and SoC market and establishing the company as the industry leader in DRAM-licensing within the SiP market segment.

e21 planned and supervised Inapac's company launch with great industry fanfare, securing no less than 25 articles and trade press write-ups in a two-week time period, the most prominent being a front page story in the EE Times, plus contributed article opportunities in both the EE Times and Electronic Design. Now, when trade press editors think of state-of-the-art SiP configurations, custom memory designs, or fabless DRAM solutions, they automatically think of Inapac Technology.

In addition to its highly successful company launch, e21 also initiated a totally new Web site for Inapac, with links to the company's global strategic partners, to coincide with the timing of the launch.
