At
e21, we do something that many other agencies don’t – we
listen! We listen to the client, and we listen to the marketplace.
We embrace the philosophy that with every assignment we accept,
there are always two clients to please: The person who
pays the agency invoices, and the person who buys the product. Both
are extremely important to us for different reasons.
First, the person who pays the agency invoices. Not
all agencies choose to involve the client as much as we do.
But no one can produce optimum work in a creative vacuum.
At e21 we make sure that our clients are continuously involved
in the work we do, from our strategic thinking, to creative
development, to program implementation. Together, agency
and client develop a budget and creative plan for every campaign
we undertake, be it PR or advertising or channel marketing.
Once both parties are satisfied with these, the plan is then
signed-off by the client and becomes a blueprint for all
the work to follow. This way the client can change or influence
the strategic and/or creative direction before the budget
is spent.
Second, the person who buys the product. This
is the person we like to include as early in the creative
process as possible. And we’ll talk to as many customers,
or prospect customers, as the client will give us the names
for. Whether it’s ‘one-on-one’ interviews,
email surveys, or structured focus groups, we are never happy
until we can get inside the customer’s head, address
his primary concerns, and meet his expectations to the best
of the product’s ability.
At e21, we also maintain that it is the agency’s
responsibility to continually raise the bar on the work we
do. We have to believe that everything we deliver to the
client is absolutely the best that we can produce.
We call this ’The passion to succeed.
Together!’
